In fact, many colleges run out of space on campus, resulting in freshman students and parents scrambling for a place to live at the last minute. To create your account go to www.rentcollegeproperties.com and click on the “Landlords/Property Owners” tab. On the right side of the page you will be able to create your landlord account. You may have noticed a significant change on the Rent College Properties website today. We have recently switched a major feature on our home page. While the interactive US map looked appealing, we decided we would continue to hold true to our promise of making Rent College Properties the simplest college rental tool available.

Today we unveiled, Super Search. The goal behind Super Search was to allow you to search in the way you are most comfortable. Many of us are now trained to type our searches into a text box (thanks, Google). You may now look for properties by typing in a city, college/university, or by zip code. Super search provides super fast results and gets you looking at properties instantly.

Of course, you may still want to use the advanced search tab if you want to filter out your searches based on rent amount, closet colleges, specific amenities, and the numbers of bedrooms & bathrooms.

RCP is the fastest way to find college rental properties online!

Rent College Properties, RCP, is excited to serve your rental property needs! Today is the official launch of Rent College Properties to the GVSU student community, the initial starting point for our new website.

RCP, founded by a two-time alum and former academic adviser at GVSU, is dedicated to simplifying the rental search process. No longer do you need to stock up on the energy drinks in preparation for an all night search of multiple websites! Our site is adding properties quickly. We target all property types, from apartment units to single family homes for rent, to give you the best options to meet your needs.

FREE Renter Account

One of the important features to utilize at this stage of the launch phase is the creation of a free renter account. Inside the free renter account you will have the option to set a custom search feature. Here you will be able to tell us the exact specifications you are hoping to find in a rental property. For instance, if you want a 3 bedroom unit, with free wireless included close to GVSU, just let us know. If we don’t currently have a listing that matches your custom search criteria, we will send you an email when a new property is added which meets your custom search parameters. We even search for you when you are not online. Our goal is to make the search process quick and enjoyable.

On the RCP homepage, there is a renter tutorial. This tutorial will walk you step-by-step through the process of creating your free account and showing you the multiple ways to search the site. Please note, we will be updating features frequently. In fact, later this week we will be adding something we have named Super Search to our homepage. Make sure to come back towards the end of the week to see this exciting new feature!
