Rent College Properties, RCP, is based out of Byron Center, Michigan, in beautiful West Michigan. We are a new start-up company whose main goal is to connect rental properties to college students in-and-around their college towns.
The owner of Rent College Properties worked at Grand Valley State University for 7 years prior to starting RCP. A consistent theme during those 7 years of working with college students was the stress many students felt when trying to find a place to live.
Our feature-rich website allows landlords to list properties quickly and get those properties in front of college renters. We are dedicated to enhancing our site and welcome your feedback!
